New study tests video coaching to boost heart failure Self-Care

Summary
This study is testing a program that uses short videos and a health coach to help people aged 60 and older with a type of heart failure called HFpEF. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps people manage their condition better. Fifty participants will be followed for 90 days to measure changes in self-care skills.
