Summary
This study tests a mobile app (CHAMP) to help parents of children with feeding tubes track their child's progress at home. The goal is to see if the app makes tube weaning more successful and faster compared to standard care. About 245 parent-child pairs will participate, with children aged 1 month to 5 years who are ready to start weaning.
