Summary
This study tests a mobile app (CHAMP) that helps parents track their child's feeding progress at home, aiming to make tube weaning easier and faster. About 245 children aged 1 month to 5 years who are ready to stop tube feeding will participate. The app lets parents send feeding data to their healthcare team, and researchers will compare success rates and weaning time to standard care.
