Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called CGT6297 in about 90 adults whose advanced solid tumors (including certain breast and endometrial cancers) have a specific genetic change called PIK3CA. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink or control the tumors. Participants will receive the drug and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
