Could a tiny sensor replace finger pricks for diabetes management?
NCT ID NCT06111508
Summary
This small, completed study tested if a new method for adjusting daily insulin doses works better than the standard method. It compared using data from a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensor to using traditional fingerstick checks. The goal was to see if the CGM method helped people with Type 2 diabetes keep their blood sugar in a healthy range more often.
