Can a simple sensor help teens manage diabetes?
NCT ID NCT06089070
Summary
This study is testing whether young people with type 2 diabetes will use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and if having this real-time data changes their behavior. About 30 participants, aged 8-20, will be split into two groups: one uses the CGM for 6 months, and the other uses standard finger-prick checks. The main goal is to see if using the CGM is practical and acceptable for this age group.
