Summary
This study tests whether a special discharge program for continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) can improve satisfaction and quality of life in adults with diabetes who use insulin. About 37 participants will complete surveys before and after using the device. The goal is to see if better support at discharge leads to happier, more confident patients.
