Summary
This study is testing whether a new computer tool in doctors' electronic health records can help improve blood sugar management for people with type 2 diabetes who use insulin. The tool combines data from continuous glucose monitors with treatment guidelines to give doctors clearer recommendations during appointments. Researchers will enroll 150 adults with type 2 diabetes who already use continuous glucose monitors and insulin therapy to see if this approach leads to better blood sugar control over six months.
