Summary

This study looked at how blood sugar levels change in hospitalized babies with intestinal failure when their intravenous nutrition is given in cycles instead of continuously. Nine infants wore a small sensor on their thigh that measured glucose every 5 minutes for up to 30 days. The goal was to better understand blood sugar patterns and help improve care for these babies in the future.
