Summary
This study aims to measure how pregnancy and breastfeeding affect the levels of CFTR modulator drugs in the body. It will enroll 30 pregnant women with cystic fibrosis who are taking these medications. The goal is to gather safety information to help doctors better counsel women who want to have children while managing their CF.
