Can CF drugs build stronger bones?
NCT ID NCT04206436
Summary
This study is checking if standard cystic fibrosis (CF) treatments help improve bone density and muscle mass in adults with CF. Researchers are observing 63 adults over 12 to 24 months to see if these treatments can help prevent bone loss and muscle weakness. The goal is to better understand how to manage these common side effects as people with CF live longer.
