Phone-Based therapy trial aims to ease mental health struggles for CF patients
NCT ID NCT07436351
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone-based self-help therapy program can reduce anxiety and depression in adults living with cystic fibrosis (CF). The program, called the ACT with CF Self-Help Toolkit, uses short video lessons to teach new ways to manage difficult feelings and live according to personal values. Researchers will compare changes in symptoms for 60 participants who use the toolkit against a waitlist group.
