Researchers test how new CF drugs affect Patients' ability to exercise
NCT ID NCT07314229
Summary
This study aims to understand how a newer combination drug therapy (ETI) affects breathing during exercise in adults with cystic fibrosis. Researchers will observe 130 adult patients who are already taking ETI therapy, measuring their breathing during walking tests. The goal is to gather information, not to test a new treatment, to see if exercise capacity is still limited despite the medication's benefits.
