Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called NUDGE, which acts like a chatbot coach, to help teens and young adults (ages 13-25) with cystic fibrosis stay or become more physically active. The app helps users set goals, track progress, and get feedback. Researchers want to see if the app is easy to use and can help improve activity levels and quality of life for people with CF.
