Summary

This study tests whether cetirizine (Zyrtec) causes less sleepiness than diphenhydramine (Benadryl) when given before MS infusions. About 60 adults with multiple sclerosis will take one of the two medicines before their anti-CD20 therapy. The goal is to find which pre-medication is safer and easier to tolerate.
