Summary
This phase III trial compares a new type of MRI, called CEST MRI, to standard MRI for guiding surgery in 60 patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. The CEST MRI may detect tumor tissue that standard MRI misses, allowing surgeons to remove more of the cancer. The study will measure whether this leads to longer survival and better quality of life.
