First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether a nerve block in the neck can increase blood flow to the brain in people who develop narrowed blood vessels after a bleeding stroke. Ten adults in the ICU will receive the block, and researchers will measure changes in blood flow and neurological function. The goal is to see if this simple procedure can help prevent further brain damage and improve recovery.
