Summary

This study compares two manual therapy techniques—seated extension glides and supine downslip glides—to see which better improves neck rotation range of motion. Researchers will enroll 128 healthy adults aged 18-45 with no history of neck pain. The goal is to help physical therapists choose the most effective mobilization method for rehabilitation.
