Neck pain breakthrough? muscle twitch may predict relief

NCT ID NCT05450679

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether muscle twitching during a common neck pain treatment (radiofrequency ablation) can help predict who will get good pain relief. Researchers will grade the twitching and compare it to how much pain drops after the procedure. About 60 adults with long-term neck pain from worn-out joints are taking part.
