Texts & test kits: new program aims to boost cancer screening for women with HIV
NCT ID NCT07296159
Summary
This study is testing a program that uses text messages and at-home test kits to help women living with HIV get screened for cervical cancer. Researchers will first ask healthcare providers for feedback, then pilot the program with about 130 women. The goal is to see if the text-message reminders and mailed HPV test kits are easy to use and help more women complete their cancer screening.
