First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study aims to create clear guidelines for diagnosing and treating a condition called 'cerebral tinnitus syndrome,' where people hear sounds inside their head due to narrowed neck veins. Researchers will test a surgery to open the vein in 107 patients and track their symptoms for a year. The goal is to standardize care so patients stop bouncing between doctors without relief.
