Summary

This study tests a newer filling material called Cention-N against standard composite resin for repairing cavities in children's first permanent molars. Cention-N releases minerals that may help prevent further decay. One hundred children aged 8-10 with similar cavities on both sides of the mouth will receive each material in a different molar, and the fillings will be compared over 12 months for appearance, fit, and how well they hold up, along with the children's quality of life.
