First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 07, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug, cemsidomide, combined with dexamethasone in people with multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to at least three prior treatments. About 100 adults will receive the drug combo to see if it shrinks tumors and how safe it is. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
