Summary
This study is testing whether celecoxib, an anti-inflammatory medication, can help slow Parkinson's disease progression by reducing brain inflammation. Researchers will enroll 80 adults with Parkinson's to measure changes in their symptoms over time. The trial aims to see if targeting inflammation can improve movement problems associated with the disease.
