Summary
This study tests whether celecoxib, an anti-inflammatory drug, can improve symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers believe brain inflammation plays a role in Parkinson's, and celecoxib may help control it. The trial will enroll 80 adults and measure changes in movement and daily function.
