Summary
This study looked at 75 people with advanced colorectal cancer who had already tried standard treatments. Researchers wanted to see if adding the arthritis drug Celebrex to the experimental drug EPO906 could reduce severe diarrhea, a common side effect. The goal was to find the safest dose and check if tumors shrank or grew more slowly.
