Summary

This study looks at how the antibiotic ceftazidime avibactam behaves in children with severe infections who are on life support. Researchers want to find the right dose by measuring drug levels in the blood. About 30 children in the ICU will take part. The goal is to improve treatment for sepsis and septic shock.
