Summary

This study watches 200 adults with C. diff infection to see how standard antibiotics and fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) work. Researchers will collect stool, blood, and tissue samples over up to 5 years to understand which treatment leads to better recovery and why. The goal is to improve future treatments for this gut infection.
