Summary
This study watches 200 adults with C. diff infection to see how standard antibiotics and fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) help people recover. Researchers will collect stool, blood, and urine samples over up to 5 years to understand why some treatments succeed and others fail. The goal is to improve future care for this serious gut infection.
