Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of combining TTI-622 (a drug that helps the immune system attack cancer cells) with daratumumab (a standard myeloma treatment) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior therapies. Researchers will find the safest dose and check if the combination shrinks tumors. Only 7 participants are enrolled, so results are very preliminary.
