Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether specially modified immune cells, taken from a patient's own tumor, can help fight advanced lung cancer when given alongside the drug nivolumab. The study is for adults with specific genetic changes in their lung cancer who have already tried at least one other treatment. Researchers will primarily monitor safety and see if the treatment shrinks tumors.
