NCT ID NCT07257419

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to do stem cell transplants for children with a high-risk type of leukemia (CD19+ ALL) that has come back or not responded to treatment. Doctors will use a special type of donor cells (from a partially matched family member) and then give the child an extra dose of immune cells (CD19-CAR T cells) to try to kill any remaining cancer. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and possible for up to 60 children.
