Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called CBX-12 in patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread to other parts of the body. The drug works by damaging cancer cell DNA to kill tumors. Researchers will study how the drug affects cancer cells, measure tumor response, and check for side effects in 35 participants.
