Summary

This study is developing a 4-session phone-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, adapted for people who drink alcohol at hazardous levels. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and if it can improve sleep and reduce alcohol use. About 70 adults in New York State with insomnia and risky drinking habits will take part.
