Can a shorter insomnia therapy boost both sleep and brainpower?

Summary

This study tests a modified version of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) to see if it can improve sleep and thinking in adults with insomnia. About 37 participants will receive the therapy and be monitored for changes in sleep quality and cognitive function. The goal is to find the simplest effective treatment to make CBTi easier to access and use.
