Summary
This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy designed to treat insomnia (CBT-I) can help teenagers who have both ADHD and trouble sleeping. 28 teens in Hong Kong were randomly assigned to either receive the sleep therapy or continue with their usual care. Researchers are checking if the therapy improves sleep, ADHD symptoms, mood, and emotional control over several months.
