Summary

This study is testing whether a six-week talk therapy program for insomnia can improve sleep and reduce mental distress in young people in Hong Kong. It will involve 770 youths aged 12-24 who report moderate distress and sleep problems. Community hubs will be randomly assigned to either receive the therapy immediately or be placed on a waiting list to compare results.
