Talking therapy tested to ease fear after cancer immunotherapy ends

Summary

This study tests whether cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can reduce fear, anxiety, and depression in cancer patients who are distressed about stopping immunotherapy. One hundred adults who have finished immunotherapy will receive CBT sessions. The goal is to see if this talking therapy improves quality of life and emotional well-being.
