Summary
This study tested a 6-week program that combines cognitive behavioral therapy, lifestyle advice, and communication skills for people caring for older adults in Hong Kong. The goal was to see if it could reduce stress, depression, and anxiety in caregivers. 255 caregivers took part, and researchers compared those in the program to a control group.
