Summary
This study tested a type of talk therapy (CBT) for children aged 8 to 12 who struggle with anger, irritability, and aggression. The therapy focused on teaching kids how to manage emotions, solve problems, and get along with others. Researchers wanted to see if adding this therapy to usual care could lower irritability and suicidal thoughts. The study involved 46 children and their parents.
