Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests CBT-001 eye drops against a placebo in 660 people with pterygium, a non-cancerous growth on the eye's surface. The goal is to see if the drops can reduce redness and stop the growth from getting bigger over 24 months. If successful, it could offer a drug-based alternative to surgery.
