Summary
This early-phase study tests a probiotic called CBM588 in 36 people who have had a donor stem cell transplant for blood cancers. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help restore healthy gut bacteria, which may reduce severe diarrhea and other gut problems. Participants take the probiotic by mouth, and researchers monitor side effects and overall outcomes for up to 2 years.
