First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early study is testing whether a commercially available CBG/CBD oil is safe and can reduce nerve pain, numbness, and tingling caused by chemotherapy in people who have finished treatment for gastrointestinal cancers. Twelve adults will take the oil under their tongue twice daily for 12 weeks and report their symptoms. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and worth studying further.
