First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding cannabidiol (CBD) to the standard drug clozapine can improve symptoms in people with treatment-resistant psychosis. About 250 participants will receive either CBD or a placebo for 12 weeks, alongside their usual medication. The goal is to see if CBD makes clozapine work better and is safe to use.
