Summary
This study tested whether CBD (a compound from cannabis) can help people use fewer opioids and feel less pain. 126 adults with opioid use disorder were given either CBD or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if CBD could reduce pain, opioid use, and anxiety while improving sleep.
