Summary
This study looked at whether CBD (a cannabis compound) can lower craving and anxiety in people with opioid use disorder who are already on methadone. 66 adults received either CBD or a placebo, and brain scans were used to see how CBD affects brain activity. The goal was to understand if CBD could be a helpful addition to standard treatment.
