Summary
This early study is testing whether CBD supplements can prevent nerve damage caused by a common chemotherapy drug. Researchers will give CBD capsules to some colorectal cancer patients during their treatment to see if it protects their nerves. The study focuses on whether patients can stick with the CBD regimen and if it's acceptable to them, while also checking for any reduction in nerve pain symptoms.
