Summary

This study is testing whether cannabidiol (CBD) can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less and feel fewer cravings. Thirty-six adults will try both CBD and a placebo in random order, with a two-week break in between. The goal is to see if CBD can be a safe, new option to help manage alcohol dependence.
