Summary
This study is testing whether a liquid containing CBD and CBN can help adults with long-term facial pain and headaches caused by muscle tension. In this controlled trial, 42 participants will take either the CBD/CBN solution or a placebo for 60 days. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, muscle activity, sleep, and quality of life to see if the treatment is effective.
