Summary
This study used brain imaging to understand how CBD might help people with opioid addiction. Researchers scanned the brains of 66 people on methadone treatment after giving them either CBD or a placebo. The goal was to see how CBD affects brain activity and chemistry related to drug cravings and anxiety.
