Summary

This study works with 300 Native American elders aged 50 and older who have sleep apnea and a PAP machine. It tests if adding motivational interviews and text messages to usual care helps them use their machine more often. The goal is to improve sleep apnea control and possibly lower the risk of memory problems and dementia.
