Researchers seek safer antifungal doses for critically ill children

Summary
This study aims to understand how the bodies of critically ill children process the antifungal drug caspofungin. It will observe 60 children in intensive care who are already receiving this medication. The goal is to gather data to help doctors determine the safest and most effective doses for children with serious infections, liver problems, or those on life support machines.
